Happy Tuesday! I hope you are having a great day. We have had wild winter weather here in the Pacific Northwest, with another round of freezing rain headed our way tonight. I’ve been very fortunate here at my place with power and plenty of time to craft 😁
Today’s card features the Online Exclusive Hello Irresistible DSP that I have used many times before. It’s paired up with two great Stampin’ Up! stamp sets, Wonderful Thoughts and Country Bouquet, to create a lovely wedding card.
I stamped the heart images from the Country Bouquet Stamp Set with Flirty Flamingo ink on a piece of that gorgeous Hello Irresistible DSP. This is a fun way to use up your DSP scraps! I punched each image out with the coordinating punch.
I then stamped the sentiment from the Wonderful Thoughts Stamp Set using Pretty Peacock ink on a piece of Basic White Cardstock, and cut it out with the coordinating dies.
The card front is a panel of Hello Irresistible DSP adhered to a Pretty Peacock Cardstock mat. I love to mix the Pretty Peacock and Lost Lagoon colors together and I think the Flirty Flamingo just give this card the pop it needs! I adhered a strip of the DSP to the layers to break it up a little.
I attached the hearts and sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and Glue Dots.
The card front layer was attached to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I finished the front off by adhering some Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems.
The inside is a piece of Basic White cardstock with a sentiment stamped from Wonderful Thoughts Stamp Set using Pretty Peacock ink. I adhered a strip of DSP toward the bottom of the Basic White cardstock before adhering it to the card base.
I also stamped the heart image and attached the DSP to the envelope flap.
