One Horse Open Sleigh Card

One thing I really love is new craft supplies – they are always exciting! I am really pleased with this Stampin’ Up! One Horse Open Sleigh Designer Series Paper. I used the cabin paper from the suite and stamped the greeting from the Horse & Sleigh Stamp Set. I finished the card with the coordinating snowflakes 🙂

CUTS:

Early Espresso Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored in half
Boho Blue: 5-3.8″ x 4-1/8″
Basic White: 5″ x 3-3/4″
Basic Black Mats: (3): 1-5/8″ x 3-7/8″
Designer Series Paper: (3) 1-1/2″ x 3-3/4″
Basic Black Banner: 2-3/4″ x 3/4″

INSTRUCTIONS:

Stamp the words in Versamark and Heat Emboss in white.
Tip: Use the Emboss Buddy from the tool kit before stamping to keep the static down.
Punch the right end of the banner with the Banners Pick a Punch.
Assemble the card with Seal Adhesive. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals for the banner.
Attach the Snowflakes

There are so many beautiful images in this DSP that it was hard to pick a favorite design from this paper pack, but this cabin scene is certainly one of my favorites!

It’s a bit hard to photograph, but I added Wink of Stella to the snow on the cabin, and flicked it over the background to add shimmer to the card.
